This afternoon I did some educational work on Maths Whizz.

When it came to the activities I found it easy.

Today on Maths Whizz I learnt how to create a agerism to solve problems.

Before I never knew how to use a agerism.

So my teacher told to use the agerism.

Today on Maths Whizz I had a very hard equation but I didn't give up.

I went to the teacher to ask for help.

The teacher explained how to solve the problem in her kind of way.

I got all the equations correct I am proud.

Tonight I went on a interesting site called Study ladder.

I did a assessment that involves Maths.

I got 100% in the test.

This afternoon I went on a helpful website called Study ladder.

I joined in a race that involved addition. 

I found it truly helpful.

Stop The Clock

Kia Ora! My second task I had to do today was to go on a website that involves hours. minutes and seconds. The title of the activity is Stop the Clock. My fastest record was 10 seconds. Don't you think that I'm doing great in my work.

Math Test

Today for mathematics I did a math test to get more credits for Study Ladder.

I got 23 credits.

I am proud because I'm not really good at maths.

Mixed Equations

Today on Study ladder I did an activity called Mixed Equations.

The first question said 7 turtles were swimming altogether.

4 swam away.

How many are left???

My answer was 3.

I got 100 percent and I am proud.

Maths

Yesterday I learnt how to read equations and solving them at the same time. This activity was as fun as having a birthday party.

Measurements

Today I learnt how to read measurements. 

The first time I tried it was very difficult. 

But now I know because I asked my dad for help.

I really think that he explained it very well.

Maths Whizz

Today for mathematics I to go on to a website called (Maths Whizz).  I learnt to get my answer by going back in hundreds, tens and units.

E.g 834-588= 246

First I took 500 of which be came 334 then I took 80 off to make it become 254 finally I took 8 off to make my answer which is 246.

Two, Fives and Tens

In A.L.I.M this week we learnt to work out multiplication facts from what I know about 2's, 5's and 10's. E.g 7x2 is the same as 5x2=10 and 2x2=4 that is 14.

Maths Magician

On Tuesday the 22 of November 2011 I went on maths magic
to practice my 9 timetables. Every time I make my work accurate I feel proud of myself. If I got stuck I could turn the eqaution around to mke it easy.

On Tuesday I have been on math magic to practice my division.As you can see my score was 100%.If I got stuck on an equation and I was on my division I could change it into a multiplication.
